XFINITY Live!

The Cordish Companies is proud of the opportunities we produced for local and minority-owned businesses in the development of XFINITY Live!, an entertainment development in the heart of Philadelphia’s stadium district. We were recognized as a model project by the City of Philadelphia for our inclusive use of MBEs and WBEs in project construction, achieving a market-leading 47% contracting diversity percentage. We then implemented extensive workforce hiring opportunities for local and minority residents in the ongoing operations of the project post-construction. We have been recognized as a leader in this area, with an over 32% ongoing workforce diversity percentage, and over 29% of our employees at XFINITY Live! being African American.
