Texas Live!

Texas Live!, a partnership with the Texas Rangers, is a dynamic $250 million dining, entertainment and hospitality district under construction in the heart of Arlington, Texas. Texas Live! will bring over 3,000 new jobs and 3 million new visitors to Arlington on opening in 2018. As is common for us, we entered into a robust Community Benefits Agreement on the project, which codifies our commitment to work with local government, business community and civic leaders to create opportunities to benefit residents. This Agreement includes extensive commitments to local hiring, job force training, and partnerships with local job training and educational institutions. We also established a Community Advisory Committee composed of local leaders of key civic groups, business chambers, workforce development agencies and faith leaders. The Committee provides input and assistance to us on local business inclusion, and diversity in hiring and business practices. Additionally, as we do in all our projects, Texas Live! will become a community resource when completed, hosting and sponsoring a variety of non-profit, civic, cultural and family events for our neighbors. Collectively, these efforts will ensure that Texas Live! helps enhance not just the economic but also the social fabric of the Arlington community.
